The Danger of Christian Clichés by John MacArthur and Cameron Buettel at Grace To You

I really enjoyed this series.  It was fun, convicting, and informative all at the same time.    Have you found yourself saying ,"The Lord told me," or perhaps prayed for traveling mercies or for a hedge of protection?  Have you ever described someone as backsliding or comforted someone by saying, "When God closes a door, He opens a window"?  Or perhaps you've told an unbeliever that we're supposed to love the sinner and hate the sin or that "Christianity is not a religion; it's a relationship."  If so, you're in for a bittersweet treat!

John Calvin's 4 Rules of Prayer by Joel Beeke at Ligonier Ministries

Heartfelt prayer is effectual prayer.  I need to pray like this.  John Calvin gives four rules.

Is the Lord's Return Imminent? By John MacArthur at The Master's Seminary

If the Lord Jesus Christ could come back at any moment, everything changes.  Everything.

A Giant has Fallen — The Death of Justice Antonin Scalia and the Future of Constitutional Government by Albert Mohler

1 Corinthians 13:1-4

1 If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
2 If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
3 And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing.
